Architectural Changes

Any change to your property’s exterior requires prior approval.

This includes the front yard, rear yard, and the house.

Submit an application with:

1) a photo example of your plans or 2) a detailed drawing.

Your application will be reviewed by your HOA’s committee of homeowner volunteers.

The committee’s decision will be sent to you by email.

This process typically takes 1-3 weeks.
