HOA Contact Information
Account Set-Up Tips
- Want to make sure your HOA assessments are paid in a timely manner to avoid a costly mistake. We offer the ability for you to sign up Recurring Online Payments via our website.
- Sign up for our “Paperless” program. It simply provides you and the HOA more flexibility in how you are notified of important information related to your home and the HOA.
- We encourage you to provide several email addresses and phone numbers so we can contact all relevant parties to the home.
- Parties can only be authorized by providing their names. Authorizing someone allows them to receive the same information homeowners can receive from the HOA.
What is your role with this home?
(select each item that fits your scenerio for more info & tips)
We reside at the home and manage all of the home’s affairs
- Please ensure your mailing address matches the property address, unless you send all of your mail to another address (such as a P.O. Box). Don’t check your mailbox much? Sign up for our “Paperless” communication option should you prefer more email communication than via USPS.
- Provide as many email addresses as you like. If you signed up for Paperless all will receive HOA communications.
- Should you have adult children, you may want to authorize them on the home’s account, just in case you are ever indisposed. This helps us verify their relationship to you, and share important information about the home with them should they contact us or we need to contact them (after attempts are made to contact you).
We reside at the home, but someone else assists us with managing the home’s affairs
- The best practice here would be to have mail delivered to your home, unless you send all your mail to another address (P.O. Box etc.), assuming you are responsible for paying the association’s assessment. More on that later.
- Provide us with email addresses for the homeowners, and any parties which provide you assistance. Then, sign up for our “Paperless” communication option, if you are comfortable doing so. All emails will receive HOA communication.
- If someone other than the homeowner handles payment of the assessment on the property, and requires payment coupons to pay the assessment, it may make sense to use their address
We don’t reside at the home, but do deal with tenants at the property without the need for any property manager
- Please provide your best contact address, and a copy of the lease in effect. Sign up for our “Paperless” communication option should you prefer more email communication than via USPS.
- Provide as many email addresses as you like. If you signed up for Paperless all will receive HOA communications.
- Authorizing any individuals allows us to treat them like you, the homeowner.
We’ll send copies of certain notices you receive directly to the home’s address with no further action needed by you
We don’t reside at the home, but have hired a property manager rent out and handle matters at the home
- Please provide your best contact address, and a copy of the lease and property management agreement in effect. Sign up for our “Paperless” communication option should you prefer more email communication than via USPS.
- Provide as many email addresses as you like. If you sign up for “Paperless” all will receive HOA communications.
- Authorizing any individuals allows us to treat them like you, the homeowner. You can also authorize your property manager or property management firm. This would allow them to receive communication in the HOA’s “Paperless” program.
- We’ll send copies of certain notices you receive directly to the home’s address, and emailed to your property manager or property management firm with no further action needed by you.
